With over 300 employees, Shiu Wing is a crucial steel manufacturing and trading company that provides materials to most major building construction and infrastructure projects in Hong Kong. To achieve greater levels of productivity and cost efficiencies across the large manufacturing plant, dbCLIC leveraged fibre optics and mobile 3G technologies to capture plant process data and provide connectivity between the production floors with their offices and warehouse and provide seamless sharing of information across legacy proprietary systems. The end to end Contract Sales Module also generates real-time reports that enabled management to make timely and accurate decisions.
